How important is the MLS presentation? <\/strong><\/p>\n Answer: It\u2019s the source<\/em> of information for 99% of your potential buyers, and therefore\u2014from your sellers\u2019 perspective\u2014it is BY FAR the most essential piece in ALL your marketing efforts.\u00a0 Nothing else even comes close!<\/p>\n What\u2019s your primary job as a listing agent? It\u2019s to generate as many quality showings as possible. The more showings, the more likely you\u2019ll find the right buyer.<\/p>\n The most important way to generate showings is to have a powerful and compelling presentation on the MLS System.<\/p>\n But very few REALTORS\u00ae even mention this vital information during their Listing Presentation!<\/p>\n Why?\u00a0 Because they don\u2019t know how to overcome the objection that, \u201cAnyone can post your listing on the MLS!\u201d<\/p>\n Also, in most cases, they\u2019ve got no good reason to brag.<\/p>\n And yet, this is one of the EASIEST ways to differentiate yourself as a true professional. I mean, let\u2019s face it. Most Real Estate agents are \u201ccutting their own hair\u201d when it comes to their MLS Presentations.
