And you understand that the more people you help, the more success you\u2019ll have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But most agents don\u2019t understand that the easiest way to succeed is to understand WHY your prospects want what they want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, when someone expresses interest in moving, you probably launch into a string of questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What\u2019s your price range? What areas are you interested in? What\u2019s your time frame? These are all good questions to ask, eventually\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But here\u2019s a much better question to ask first:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What\u2019s your biggest reason for moving?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you understand their motives, you can focus the conversation on helping them achieve their wants and needs by making helpful suggestions and adding value to the discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Isn\u2019t that far better than machine-gunning questions at them and sounding like a Salesy Slickster (even if that\u2019s the opposite of your intention)?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perception is far more powerful than your best intentions, after all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next RAM, I\u2019ll talk about some other powerful prospecting questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or, does it make sense for you to jump off the fence and sign up for my course <a href=\"https:\/\/agentskills.com\/#asmp\">here<\/a>?
