{"id":240,"date":"2021-09-24T15:30:41","date_gmt":"2021-09-24T15:30:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agentskills2.dvsrvr.in\/?p=240"},"modified":"2021-09-24T15:30:41","modified_gmt":"2021-09-24T15:30:41","slug":"the-most-powerful-business-philosophy-ever-devised","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agentskills2.dvsrvr.in\/?p=240","title":{"rendered":"The Most Powerful Business Philosophy Ever Devised"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re a regular reader, you\u2019ve probably noticed something distinctly different about me compared to other Real Estate coaches or trainers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here it is boiled down to the bare-bones core:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Almost <\/strong><strong><em>every <\/em><\/strong><strong>other trainer or coach teaches how to PURSUE business, but I teach how to ATTRACT business.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s a fundamental distinction because you <em>cannot <\/em>do both. Why? Because whichever choice you make, you need an \u201call-in\u201d level of commitment to create real success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019m genuinely in awe of REALTORS\u00ae who have the discipline to \u201cwork the phones\u201d for 2-3 hours every single day. I could not do it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But you\u2019ll never hear me say that \u201cworking the phones\u201d isn\u2019t a legitimate Real Estate business model. It absolutely is! \u260e\ufe0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s just not for me, and we\u2019re all different, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I made a cold call once in my life, hung up the phone, and swore I\u2019d never do it again. Instead, I figured out various strategies to ATTRACT business, primarily by adapting skills and systems I had acquired in my previous business career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some people think I had the advantage of a gigantic circle of influence when I started. Not true!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the start of my career, I had zero clients and zero prospects. But I made myself busy studying what worked and what didn\u2019t, devising and implementing new systems and procedures, and ultimately, transforming myself into a Real Estate Expert.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then I learned how to demonstrate my newfound knowledge. And, it didn\u2019t take long to prove I was on the right path. Starting from nothing, I earned $590,000 in my second year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019m not saying it was easy. It wasn\u2019t! In fact, once the snowball started rolling, the volume of business was overwhelming at times. But over the years, I learned more and more strategies on how to cope with a large volume of business, and more importantly, how to keep it coming, consistently, without <em>ever <\/em>chasing after a cold lead!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout my career, I concentrated on improving my skills and adding new systems and procedures, constantly focused on creating excellent relationships and outstanding results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simply put, my success was based on the most powerful business philosophy ever devised:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When you consistently deliver superior results and exceptional service, the business naturally flows your way. Word-of-mouth is BY FAR the most powerful and effective advertising there is.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, how exactly does a person create an amazing word-of-mouth business?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There\u2019s certainly no one thing, and I always tell people there are no magic pills. But if I had to name one over-riding <em>principle<\/em>, it would be this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>It\u2019s the MINDSET of genuinely caring about delivering exceptional results to each client.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can\u2019t fake this stuff! Either you genuinely care, or you don\u2019t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you do, then you will naturally take steps towards improving your customer service and results. And when you do that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The commission cheques take care of themselves.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One more time, I\u2019ll quote someone massively smarter than me:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cTry not to become a person of success, but rather try to become a person of value\u201d \u2013 Albert Einstein<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By the way, if you don\u2019t have this mindset to start with, I can\u2019t help you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just as \u201cmaking your calls\u201d doesn\u2019t work for every agent, neither does the <a href=\"https:\/\/agentskills.com\/\">Agent Skills Master\u2019s Program<\/a>. No?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And yet, it\u2019s fundamentally important to your business, if you want:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>happier clients who feel cared for,<\/li><li>more sales, and,<\/li><li>more referrals.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Admittedly, this single strategy on its own takes time and commitment to follow through, which is WHY you cannot do it if you spend 2-3 hours on the phone every day \u201cprospecting!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are not enough hours in the day! So, as I said, you need to make a choice.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All it takes is a leap of faith to switch your focus from PURSUING business to ATTRACTING business.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I did it, and there\u2019s absolutely no reason you can\u2019t, too!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Work on your skills, and your systems and procedures. Take care of your clients. The money will come.
