They overhear a stranger talking about Real Estate in the grocery store, and they\u2019re tempted to run over and push your services on them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The only thing that stops them is the fear of looking like a raving lunatic. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When it comes to family and friends, there\u2019s no hesitation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cYou\u2019ve GOT to use my guy! He\u2019s the best REALTOR\u00ae in the world!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But what if your client\u2019s experience with you wasn\u2019t top-notch? It was okay. Your customer service was \u201cfine.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But, they\u2019re not 100% confident in your abilities. They wonder if maybe they could have done better. Sure it\u2019s sweet at first. Then it gets a little sickening.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bake an awesome cake. Then, add the icing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 1955, Albert Einstein gave this advice to a young man:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cTry not to become a person of success, but rather try to become a person of VALUE.\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You want more business?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can\u2019t survive on customer service alone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Improve your knowledge and skills. Implement better systems and procedures.
